1. Overview

All products at little crafties are made to order and individually printed by our production partner. Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send an email to support@littlecrafties.store with the following information:

• Your order number
  
• A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  
• A brief description of the problem
  

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Lost Packages or Shipping Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us. We’ll work with our production partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

If the package was lost in transit or returned due to a Printify fulfillment error, we will resend it free of charge.

4. Wrong Address

If the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, we cannot issue a refund. You may be responsible for additional shipping costs if a replacement is requested.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for sizing or preference reasons, as each product is made on demand. Please double-check size charts and product details before completing your order.
